Each Metro Case is thoroughly inspected before shipment.
During our Summer Sale, all purchases are final.
If an item arrives damaged, notify us immediately so that we may work with you to arrange a return, replacement, or inspection. Please keep original receipt, packaging, and all merchandise tags attached. Please also take a photo of any damage, including the packaging.
We do not reimburse for shipping and handling charges. Delivery charges already paid are non-refundable.
